General Shipping Policy
JamBear Press uses USPS First Class or Priority shipping. The estimated delivery time of packages may be viewed from your shopping cart by clicking on the Estimate Shipping button in Step 1 of checkout. This estimate is for business days only and does not include order processing times.
Orders are typically processed and sent out for delivery in 0-3 business days, excluding holidays, and according to availability. Please allow 2 weeks for inventory backorders. Large orders may be sent in separate packages, which may arrive on separate days.
International Shipping
International shipping is available with USPS Express Mail International, Priority Mail International, or Priority Mail International Flat Rate. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days for Express Mail International and 6-10 days for Priority International Mail, excluding order processing time and depending on order weight and destination. Please note that shipping charges only cover the cost of delivery and all customs fees and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available for purchase during checkout on all shipping methods except Express Mail International. Orders over $150 are automatically insured. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you do not purchase insurance.
APO and FPO Shipping
When filling out the Shipping Address form during checkout, please make note of the following (from the USPS website):
- Provide the service member's full name, grade and PSC or unit number.
- Select 'United States' as the country
- Enter the City as "APO" or "FPO"
- Enter the State as "AA" "AE" or "AP"
- Enter your nine-digit zip code
- Note: Please do not use the base camp’s city or country in any of the address information, as doing either may reroute the package into the host country’s mail system.

Return Policy
At JamBearPress.com, we want you to love what you order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily give you a refund or credit for the items you purchased (minus shipping/handling fees) within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back worn, washed, or otherwise altered items. If items have undergone any of these, the refund will be refused and the sender will have the option of paying for the item’s return. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. The sender may find additional mail carrier services, such as delivery confirmation or tracking, to be useful, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
To return an item, photocopy and fill out the return form found on the back of the invoice that was shipped with your package, indicating what you are returning and why. Check whether you prefer a refund or JamBear Press store credit. Refunds are accomplished through PayPal. Sorry, we do not offer exchanges at the moment. Include your name, address, email address and invoice number along with the items that you are returning through regular mail to the address below:

We cannot process your return without your invoice number. If you do not know your invoice number or have any other questions, contact us at admin@jambearpress.com. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order. If you do not have your order return form, include the above information (invoice number, name, address, email address, the items and the reason for their return) on a note in the package or click here to download a copy of the form.
Please allow 2-3 weeks upon our receipt of the package for returns processing.
